【Introduction of Tea】
High Mountain Oolong Tea is cultivated at an altitude of 1200-1300 meters above sea level.

【Brewing Methods】
For Hot Brewing:
1. Place tea leaves to about 1/8 to 1/10 full of teapot
2. Add 100°C water
3. 1st steeping about 50 seconds
4. 2nd steeping about 60 seconds
5. Add 10 seconds gradually from the third steeping
# These tea leaves can be brewed for 8 to 10 times
For Cold Brewing:
1. For every gram of tea leaf, add another 100ml of water
2. Allow the tea to cool, and store the container inside a refrigerator
3. Wait for 8 to 12 hours and enjoy
